laws of California. They offer a simple online payment process that protects the buyer
from risks such as misrepresentation or non-delivery by giving the buyer control over
the release of the payment. This means we don’t get the money you have paid until
you confirm delivery to escrow.com!

Pay after delivery by ordering an indirect bank guarantee from your 1st class bank to be
issued by our banking partners Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse.

The Bank Guarantee must be issued with your bank’s counter guarantee to our bank in accordance with our Bank Guarantee instruction letter
You must request a draft prior to the final order with your bank

Payment against the guarantee shall be made within 1 day of delivery
The indirect bank guarantee allows the buyer to make payment after delivery of the
equipment, offering a far superior level of security to the buyer when compared to a
letter of credit. Under a L/C the banks only check documents and not the equipment.
This payment option allows you to see the machines prior to payment. Honest sellers
are still protected since they can request payment under the bank guarantee if delivery
was made but the buyer did not make payment as agreed.
