How does “Payment at Delivery” work?

With "Payment at Delivery," you pay only when the machine is delivered to you. If you select “Payment at Delivery” we will contact you for the approval process. A fee of 5% applies, with a minimum of €350.

What is the last price?

We don't provide a "last price" since the “Buy-now price” is already pre-negotiated with the seller. However, you are welcome to make a non-binding offer on our website, and the seller will consider it. You and the seller will find the last price together.

Why is the “Buy-now price” already negotiated?

We evaluate the price of every machine and provide market data to the seller so that the “Buy-now price” is a reasonable price. The “Buy-now price” also drops every time a negotiation is not successful. If a buyer receives a counter-offer but does not accept it, other buyers can purchase at this new and lower pre-negotiated “Buy-now price”.

Can I pick up the machine myself?

Self-pickups are not possible. Why? 3 reasons: (1) Coordination is easier, (2) Insurance coverage, (3) Tax & customs compliance. We handle all logistics for you to ensure a smooth experience for buyers and sellers and avoid any costly pickup issues.

Visits are generally not allowed nor do they bring any benefit for the buyer. Our detailed expert inspections save you time and money, and our sellers rely on us to avoid hosting visits.
