1. Where is Equippo’s office located?
Equippo’s headquarter is located in Zug near Zurich in Switzerland.
We have an office in Rotterdam (Netherlands) and in Medellin (Colombia).
You can also arrange a meeting with us in our office in Paris (France).
2. Does Equippo sell spare parts?
Equippo does not sell spare parts, we only commercialize used heavy equipment.
3. Can I rent equipment with Equippo?
No, you cannot rent machines with us. We only sell and deliver
heavy equipment all around the world.
We recommend you to see with your bank the possibility for a Leasing
(or Credit if your project is longer than 6 months).
4. Where are the machines located?
We sell machines that are located in different countries around
the world (Europe, South America and Africa). We make it very
easy for you, because we deliver all these machines directly to your country!
You can see where the machine was manufactured on its plate,
which you can find on the pictures we offer.
5. Is the price including the VAT?
Our prices are excluding VAT and importation costs. Please contact our
Sales service for more details on the process.
6. How can I know the payment is safe?
Every purchase is protected by a contract according to our Terms and Conditions.
Once you order a machine online, we will send you a proforma invoice to proceed
safely to the payment process (see payment options with the next question).
For each payment you can use the Trusted shop guarantee, which covers your
purchase up to 20,000 euros. Furthermore, with our Money Back Guarantee we
refund you your money if you’re not satisfied with any aspect of the machine,
no questions asked. (You can read more about it in question number 10).
7. What payment methods does Equippo offer?
You can pay using 4 different options, depending on your country.
Irrevocable letter of credit (depending on your bank)
Bank guarantee letter
Escrow account (payment at delivery)
Once we have received one of those payments, we will deliver the machine.
8. Do you offer financing?
We do not offer financing. Nevertheless, if you have a credit or a leasing
approved by your local bank we accept that payment method.
9. Why can’t we see the location of the machine?
As we are an online platform, we do not have a yard where you can visit the machine.
The machines we sell are located in different places around the world.
That’s why for the privacy of our sellers we do not indicate the location.

10. How does the Money Back Guarantee work?
When you buy a machine with us we offer you a Money back guarantee.
It means that for every purchase, once you receive the machine you have
5 days (or 25 engine hours), to test it on your job site.
If you’re not completely satisfied, contact us to arrange the return
of your machine and a full refund. No questions asked.
All we ask, is that you return the machine in the same condition
