Question 1

How does “Payment at Delivery” work?

Accepted Answer

With "Payment at Delivery," you pay only when the machine is delivered to you. If you select “Payment at Delivery” we will contact you for the approval process. A fee of 5% applies, with a minimum of €350.

Question 2

What is the last price?

Accepted Answer

We don't provide a "last price" since the “Buy-now price” is already pre-negotiated with the seller. However, you are welcome to make a non-binding offer on our website, and the seller will consider it. You and the seller will find the last price together.

Question 3

Why is the “Buy-now price” already negotiated?

Accepted Answer

We evaluate the price of every machine and provide market data to the seller so that the “Buy-now price” is a reasonable price. The “Buy-now price” also drops every time a negotiation is not successful. If a buyer receives a counter-offer but does not accept it, other buyers can purchase at this new and lower pre-negotiated “Buy-now price”.

Question 4

Where is the machine located?

Accepted Answer

The machine’s location is listed on the product page. We handle worldwide delivery, so you can have it shipped directly to your location.

Question 5

Can I pick up the machine myself?

Accepted Answer

Self-pickups are not possible. Why? 3 reasons: (1) Coordination is easier, (2) Insurance coverage, (3) Tax & customs compliance. We handle all logistics for you to ensure a smooth experience for buyers and sellers and avoid any costly pickup issues.

Question 6

Who inspects the equipment?

Accepted Answer

Third-party technicians conduct detailed inspections on all equipment listed on Equippo. The reports typically include over 100 pictures, a video showing the functional test, and detailed ratings to ensure transparency.

Question 7

Can I visit the equipment?

Accepted Answer

Visits are generally not allowed nor do they bring any benefit for the buyer. Our detailed expert inspections save you time and money, and our sellers rely on us to avoid hosting visits. We provide thorough online inspections to give you a complete view of the machine’s condition. In combination with our Jobsite test drive guarantee and the safe payment options we offer a 100% risk-free, fast and simple online transaction. Don’t waste your time on travel!

Question 8

Is there any guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer a 5-day or 25 machine-hour test drive guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can notify us during this period for a full refund and return of the equipment, as long as it's in the same condition.
