Working with a great, worldwide team to build a super-easy marketplace for construction equipment makes me happy.
I have worked in the capital equipment business most of my career developing international distribution networks. I love the construction equipment world and working with some of the World's largest construction companies. I am always fascinated by the scale and complexity of some of the projects I visit around the globe. It gives me great satisfaction to provide our customers a great service in re-marketing their equipment wherever in the World that requirement might be.
After I drove my first dumper at the age of 8, my steps led me to the worldwide machinery industry. After years living in different countries in Asia, America and Europe, I learned the strength of multi-cultural teams and an expertise of equipment. I specialized in the auction business, and seek to offer a very different approach through a high-quality service. On my free time, I am a rugby fan/player, as well as a sailor and surfer.
I have spent my whole life driving, fixing or selling equipment. I love problem-solving and really enjoy selling larger and more complex packages from around the world. I really enjoy coming up with cost effective solutions for both buyer and seller that make the deal work. The expertise that I gained over the past 20 years as an End-user and a Trader gives me a unique understanding of the wants and needs of both buyer and seller. It’s a pleasure to work within this talented team and look forward to assisting your needs in the near future.

As Business Development Manager at Equippo I am working now with a highly motivated, experienced and truly international team on a big vision for which I happily leverage my experience in channel partner, deal operations and sales process management to meet seller and buyer expectations every day in every deal.
In kindergarten, I always stood in the front line when there were construction machines to watch. Now I'm studying industrial engineering and know the construction industry first hand, as I've already worked on large projects in Germany and Australia. At Equippo Private Sale, I can use my expertise in process optimization to make buyers and sellers even happier. It is exciting and instructional to work in the innovative Equippo team!

The common thread that has run through my career until now is that of connecting people. People with work, companies with people and people with people. I believe it is a nice challenge to start work as a recruiter at Equippo. The international nature of the team, the innovative service provision, "the passion to change things" and of course the organizational growth really appeal to me. If I am not working, I do a lot together with my family. I have two lovely daughters, who are already becoming quite independent. If I am not working, I like to go horse riding or sail our sailing boat. In addition, I play hockey in competitions and in the winter, if there is ice, I like to put my skates on.
